By registering for the Agentic AI Workshop, operated by STRA VIRTUSOFTECH LLP("we," "our," or "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for or participate in the workshop.
Registration is validated only upon receipt of full payment through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. Workshop links, login access, and credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing access links with unregistered individuals will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any registration if unauthorized payment methods are detected.
All materials, code snippets, automation workflows, slides, and proprietary assets provided during the session are the intellectual property of STRA VIRTUSOFTECH LLP. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use these resources for individual educational purposes. Any commercial distribution, duplication, or public sharing of these resources is strictly prohibited.
The workshop is delivered live via Zoom. Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. We reserve the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive behavior, spamming, or harassment from the live call without a refund.
Where recording access is promised, it is delivered for a temporary duration (48 hours following session completion) solely for personal review. No permission is granted to download, copy, screen-record, or distribute the replay file.
The tools and systems demonstrated represent educational workflows. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, grade improvements, or financial performance resulting from this knowledge. STRA VIRTUSOFTECH LLP shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or interruption arising from external platform changes (e.g., OpenAI API changes, tool deprecations).
These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
