Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Window

We want to make registration stress-free. You are eligible for a full refund if your cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the live session.

2. Ineligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the workshop start time.
  • Failure to attend the live Zoom session (no-shows) without prior notice.
  • After the live workshop has concluded, or once session recording resources have been sent to you.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to lavithra@virtusoftech.com from the email address you used during checkout. Please include the following details:

  • Full Registered Name
  • Razorpay Transaction Reference/Order ID
  • Reason for requesting the cancellation (optional, to help us improve)

4. Processing & Settlement Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the refund is initiated through Razorpay to your original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). It typically takes 5 to 7 business daysfor the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Workshop Rescheduling or Cancellation by Organizers

If the workshop is rescheduled or cancelled by STRA VIRTUSOFTECH LLP due to technical failures, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen disruptions:

  • You will be offered the option to join a future batch.
  • If you prefer a refund, we will automatically issue a 100% refund of your registration fee to the source payment method.
